We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

This cozy and clean apartment is located in Sayre. Walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, coffee shop and family dollar. An easy drive to Elmira, Binghamton, Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Apartment is above our small family owned salon/barber shop. You enter the apartment on Keystone Av and use the front door. You will proceed up the steps, a code will be provided for access. We hope to provide you with your basic needs and some extra comforts and conveniences.
