Situat la ultimul etaj al blocului, iesirea pe balcon asigura o priveliste panoramica asupra orasului. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.

Zuhanykabinos fürdőszobák, WC-k, felszerelt konyhák. Légkondik, tv-k, ingyen wifi.
