Sitting in the patio upstairs ,beach sounds and activity on ICW is a treat for your senses.Come down to enjoy BBQ fire pit and fishing on the ICW. The windows in the living area makes you feel close to the nature even from inside. The studio style interior with queen bed and 3 pull out beds is perfect for a couples retreat or a group up to 5. Washer dryer and full stocked kitchen for longer stays.

Welcome to our family-friendly Sargent getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom home features three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms, plus a downstairs bunk room with four bunks and a convenient half bath (seperate from the main house) The open-concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of space to relax, cook, and spend quality time together. Designed for comfort and connection, the home is perfect for families and group stays. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed.

With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 3 full beds, this marvelous property offers a cozy retreat for large families. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a laundry room, AC, and heating during your stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your comfort. And the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We are minutes from Sargent Beach and the Intracoastal. If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
