There's a million dollar view of the Petaluma Valley - best seen from the hot tub - only steps from the French doors of the master bedroom. You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Sonoma are only short rides away.

Bicycle Alley Cottage

Clean, cozy and comfy. 98% walk factor. Close to shops, restaurants, brewery and live music. While the cottage is private and peaceful, it’s close to art, many culinary choices and fun entertainment. We do not have central a/c or heat. Summer: window ac cools the house. Winter: each bedroom has baseboard heaters controlled by a wall knob. Other rooms are kept warm with very new space heaters. The cottage warms up quickly. PLZ DO NOT TURN ON THE POT BELLY STOVE. it’s inoperable! Thx u!
