This is the front unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Guadalupe cottage

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Cibolo Creek Country Cottage on over 2 acres

It's a two bedroom one bath house with a back deck and front porch on over two beautiful acres. Bordered by farmland, and across the road is Crescent Bend Nature Park. The park is a great place for bird watching, walking, jogging, bike riding and fishing. We are only minutes away from Randolph AFB and historic Main St. Cibolo with unique dining and weekend entertainment options. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

The suite is attached to our home, but your space is completely private (it has its own entrance, and a locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house). Recently built guest house with plenty of parking on 1.5 acres. Centrally located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants: 7 miles from Randolph Air Force Base, 12 miles from New Braunfels and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio. We live in the main house in front of the guest house. The swimming pool and bbq grill is shared with us. The security cameras cover the driveway and the pool areas.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!
