Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, the cabin sits on 100 acres and is the perfect those looking to experience relaxed country living. We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park which offers hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.
