Nestled in an aspen forest with picturesque views of the iconic San Juan mountains, this charming mountain cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet it is less than 5 miles from the heart of Telluride and only 3 miles to the Mountain Village parking garage with ski-in/ski-out access and a free gondola that drops you right into Telluride. In the winter, when the leaves have dropped, you have stunning mountain views; in the summer, it feels like living in a lush forest tree house.

Cozy 1 Bedroom w/ King Size Bed on Main St

Enjoy being just 3 blocks from downtown while also enjoying the calm and quiet of the west end. There Bar and Siam (our two fav spots in town) are less than a block from our front door. Chair 7 (and the best skiing in the US) are also just a stones throw away as well— 5 min walk. The grocery store is kitty corner across the street. We've lived in every corner of this town and this location is truly our favorite. Recent Upgrades: King size bed, comfier couch & outdoor sectional on the porch.

Unwind in the living area or on the deck facing Milk Run (lower mountain ski trail), listening to bubbling Cornet Creek. This unit is 200 yards from Lift 7.

This location provides the perfect home base for all of your outdoor adventures whether skiing, kayaking, or hiking it is all within reach. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

Have fun with the whole family at our Telluride home with amazing views of the box canyon. Hillside Hideaway is ~3 min to town and ~7 min to mountain village. Walk out the front door and access the valley floor trails, bike path, river or trails into the backcountry. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or admire the elk wandering the protected land in front of our home. Thoughtfully renovated in 2025. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
