Chair 7 (and the best skiing in the US) are also just a stones throw away as well— 5 min walk. The grocery store is kitty corner across the street. We've lived in every corner of this town and this location is truly our favorite. Recent Upgrades: King size bed, comfier couch & outdoor sectional on the porch.

Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

Walk out the front door and access the valley floor trails, bike path, river or trails into the backcountry. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or admire the elk wandering the protected land in front of our home. Thoughtfully renovated in 2025. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
