It is walking distance to the marina and Andy's Market. There is a shore bird-filled nature preserve that abuts the neighborhood . The guest suite is approximately 450 square feet and is tastefully appointed.

The pergola-covered back deck offers a lovely outdoor living area with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing. Beach access is less than half a mile north at Montara State Beach. The cottage is adjacent to Highway 1 so you will hear some traffic noise.
