Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.
