Una bella terrazza abitabile consente di godersi i pasti all'aperto o un semplice aperitivo o caffè. Dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, bollitore con scelta di tè e tisane, macchina del caffè con cialde.

Inoltre nel nostro appartamento moderno, potrete godere di varie comodità come il WiFi gratis, il riscaldamento, la lavatrice... ed anche una bellissima vista sul nostro Monte Cimone ogni volta che varcherete la soglia di casa!
