Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Easy access to lots of walking trails that connect Upper and Lower Gibsons- using the trail you are a 10 minute walk to Secret beach. In Lower Gibsons you will find a variety of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, the Gibsons Public Market, and Marina and Boardwalk. Upper Gibsons offers shopping, cafes, the Blackfish pub, and the 101 Brewery and Distillery.

Waterfront! A beautiful, newly-renovated suite with modern coastal style. Walk out of the french doors onto your private patio to the Davis Bay shore! Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
