Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

Our neighborhood is a quiet 55+ community, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Should you plan to have guest over who exceed the cabin's capacity, you must first notify the host and add them to the reservation. Pets are not allowed.
