Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private & fully equipped 1 bedroom suite. Private entrance and patio with fenced backyard green space. 5 minute walk to Hospital, North island college and Aquatic centre. 28km to Mt. Washington alpine ski resort. Cumberland mountain biking, Downtown Comox, walking trails, beaches and many amenities. New space with off street parking. Extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. Suited best for two people but offers a Haida bed for 2 additional guests.

Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine
