Guest house located on 60 acres in beautiful, rural Comanche County. Surrounded by green pastures and cattle, this is a peaceful country getaway located between Stephenville, Comanche, and Eastland. You will be welcomed by Hank and Beulah, the family ranch dogs. The ranch cat, Chris, and chickens will welcome you as well, and you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. No parties. Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

El apartamento fue terminado en abril 2023. Tiene una cocina completa, piso de madera, y techos altos. Se puede caminar hasta la universidad y es ideal para los padres y exalumnos de Tarleton.

House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.
