L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

E' composto da 2 camere da letto , due bagni privati spaziosi e con ampie docce. Un divano letto nell'area comune permette di poter soggiornare fino a 6 ospiti. Dispone di un grande terrazzo esterno privato, curato nei minimi particolari. Il parcheggio è disponibile, WiFi e tutti i confort.
