Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins and 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Great location in a quiet East Hill neighbourhood close to Art Hauser, the new Lake Country Co-op Leisure Centre and Carlton Gymnasium.

It also has a walk in closet. A full bed is in the second bedroom. Included in the house are a washer and dryer set.
