This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Easy access to the Twin Cities and nearby areas including Hudson, Stillwater, etc. Huge bedroom suite with comfy Queen Bed, w/private Bathroom and Kitchenette. This place is wooded/quiet and worth checking out for a relaxing stay. It is clean and comfortable! Note: We do not accept same day local guests. If you are sensitive to allergies or don't like to see a bug, this place may not be for you.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.
