It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Adjacent to the property is the Løvstien hiking trail, extending from Øvre Kråkenes to Milk Place at the base of Løvstakken. You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable.
