Heart of the Dolomites

Our cozy apartment is placed 40 mt from the base of the slopes of Buffaure-Sellaronda : you don't need your car for going to ski; likewise directly from the door you can start many amazing mountain hikes. Our apartment has an independent entrance and it has windows in 3 sides; around the 3 open sides of the apartment: there's the shared garden. It's very quiet, green and you will enjoy a wonderful view. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance (40-300m). This is our holiday home since 1976!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Appartamento al secondo piano di una villa a 1500 m. di altitudine con vista stupenda delle Dolomiti dichiarate patrimonio dell´umanita´. Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Per chi desidera staccare la spina ed immergersi nella pace che solo la natura sa offrire. Con la sua posizione centrale in pochi minuti di macchina tutti i maggiori punti d'interesse. La seggiovia per il Ciampedie è a 1km, la cabinovia del Buffaure a 3km. Canazei dista 10km mente Moena è a 8km.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.
