Join me for an exclusive, intimate guided visit. • I’ll show you around the house, pointing out its mix of 18th-century, Art Nouveau, and contemporary architectural details, and the century-old camellia gardens outside. • Then I’ll guide you through the exhibition, which showcases art from around the world. Pastel de Nata / Workshop From Scratch in Porto

Learn how to make the famous "Pastel de Nata" from scratch, being one of the only workshop where you will make the dough too, so that you can return home and enjoy the traditional Portuguese pastries made by you. While learning how to bake traditional pastries, you can taste a regional wine and learn about Portuguese culture and history through a gastronomic conversation. Once it's ready, it's time to enjoy the learning results with some warm pastries! In this experience, the host will give participants the opportunity to alternately participate in the different phases of making the pastel de nata. Groups can have up to 12 participants. It is mandatory to arrive at least 10 minutes early as entry is not permitted after we have started, that is at the predicted scheduled time. We don't open exceptions. This is a group workshop for adults, not children. Children under 15 are not allowed to join for logistical and safety reasons. Only participants with a reservation can enter the space, companions are not allowed, regardless of age.

Practica surf en Oporto

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. Why choose this tour of the Douro Valley instead of many others? Well… Many tours claim to be “the best” — and honestly, we all visit amazing places. What truly sets us apart is how you connect with our description, our photos, our reviews… and with us. What makes this tour different? I’ve carefully selected small, boutique wineries for this experience — intimate, often family-run places you won’t find in most guides. Some I discovered myself and personally invited to open their doors to visitors. We visit two of these local wineries. It's a casual and authentic visit, with craft wines and a short visit to the winery itself, simple, local, and full of character.. Are small wineries better? That depends on what you’re looking for. If you value a quieter, more personal experience, this tour is likely for you. If you prefer large-scale commercial visits, we might not be the right fit — and that’s perfectly okay. And the boat ride? We travel by van to the Douro Valley, like everyone else, and not by boat (as it's over 130 km from Porto), then enjoy a peaceful 1-hour cruise in Pinhão (30 min upriver, 30 min back) . It’s not really about the boat — it’s about the stunning views you can only see from the river, which are accessible just by boat. What about Lunch? We have a selection of traditional restaurants with traditional food with great meat, fish or vegan options.

The Art of Azulejos Porto

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO * *The tiles you paint during the workshop will need to be fired in a ceramic oven and WILL BE READY FOR COLLECTION THE DAY AFTER THE WORKSHOP BETWEEN 4 PM AND 5 PM. You can arrange to collect them on another day during our opening hours (please check them on Googl_ Maps).* * Covering facades with tiles became very popular in Portugal during 19th and 20th centuries and is now one of the most beautiful and unique heritages of the world. During this Tile Painting Workshop you will learn the highlights of the history of this heritage, how this beautiful tiles were painted traditionally and will have the chance to paint tile replicas of Porto (or your own design). This workshop is perfect for tile lovers. You will take home the best memory of your trip to this beautiful city. Every participant will paint 2 tiles. Don't worry, no artistic skills are required :) IMPORTANT - This workshop is suitable for children +10. - Due to limited space, additional individuals who were not included in the original booking may not be present in the workshop. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - We have a dog, Ulisses, who is sometimes in the workshop. He is small and friendly.
