Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

'Serenity' was built in November 2019 and provides a modern, stylish and clean environment to enjoy a few days away. Within walking distance to Bournemouth Gardens, Westbourne, & Branksome Train Station. Less that 10 minutes from the centres of Bournemouth and Poole, close proximity to beautiful local beaches and Sandbanks. Guest Access Private access and separate entrance.

Cosy Casita (tiny house) with free parking

The newly converted Cosy Casita (small house) has it's own private entrance, enclosed private patio and unique BBQ. It is detached from our family home and it is situated in a quiet residential street 2 mins drive away from Broadstone town where there are various supermarkets (Tescos, Marks and Spencer), restaurants & bars. It is stylishly decorated with modern twists and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy. Accommodation is on one level other than a small step into bed area.

The Beach Hytte - Stunning Sea View Penthouse

Enjoy your perfect getaway in this award winning 2 bed penthouse apartment with 180 degree sea views in the heart of the tranquil Alum Chine area of Bournemouth just a few minutes walk from the beach. The property boasts two dining areas, one of which sits on the large balcony with views across Bournemouth beach and a bespoke wood burning stove for the winter nights. The house is situated in a quiet residential area five minutes from the beach close to Westbourne and Canford Cliffs villages offering multiple bars and restaurants. You'll find a comfortable bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The living area is bright and airy, with large windows and comfortable seating.

Cottage near Sandbanks

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Newly renovated large flat

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Main train line to London 15-minute walk. Please note the apartment is not suitable for babies or children under 18 years of age

It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

Beachside annex in Canford Cliffs by Sandbanks

This beautifully presented, self-contained, ground-floor annex flat is wonderfully located in one of the most desirable roads in Canford Cliffs. Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The Cabin - Hot tub vibes

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
