Have fun with the whole family in this large 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom condo at Encantame Towers. Located just 14 miles east of Puerto Penasco, Mexico on beautiful Playa Encanto. This listing is NOT in the general area known as Sandy Beach. Please note: You must be at least 24 years old to check-in at Encantame Towers. There is also a strict HOA policy of no pets/animals (including service animals) for guests. You will be turned away at check-in if you bring an animal or are not 24 years of age.

Playa Encanto is located 20 minutes from Puerto Peñasco. One of the best beaches on the Mexican coast line. White sand beach, no reef or rocks. The house is located a short walk to the beach ( 60 yards). Our home is a multi level home to maximize the views. Beautiful sunsets and starry nights. 24/7 gated community.

Sleeps 4- queen bed and pull out queen sofa. Fully stocked kitchen, modern Euro kitchen, in unit W/D, marble slab modern bath. Starbucks, full gymnasium and convenience store on site. 24 years and older required of all renters at Encantame. Guests are not allowed to bring pets or animals.
