Our cabin's a win-win

In 1834, it was a chicken coop nestled between the house and barn. Today, it's a cozy cabin just a stone's throw away from the villa and venue. From the private, rural setting to the rustic decor, you'll feel as though you've traveled back to simpler times. It's unique, refreshing and oh-so tranquil. The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.
