All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. My apartment is near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and it is perfect for couples, people traveling alone, business people and families (with kids). We have 2 guest rooms. Each room can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility to add 1 bed for one more person (+ 30 €). We guarantee our reliability and the quality of stay based on a rich, 20-year experience of running bed & breakfast accommodation.

Entrance isolated from that of your hosts because the apartment has two entrance doors, beautiful bathroom, bedroom for 2 people. Breakfast served in the morning in the room, necessary for breakfast or snack (coffee maker, kettle, teapot and ingredients) available in the room. Possible access to the owners' kitchen for the use of the microwave oven. Very well served by metro, bus and tram.
