Conveniently located within walking distance to amenities in Madeira Park and only a 20 minute drive to 6 different lakes, numerous hiking trails, parks, beaches and fishing. Great for kids and well behaved dogs. Best suited for couples and small family's. *Dog's are welcome, subject to approval and pet fee. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Madeira Park Beach House

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, observe the wildlife including eagles, sea otters, herons and occasionally whales and dolphins!

Cloud 9 in Bargain Harbour

Attention nature lovers. This 385 square foot roof top suite is like living on Cloud 9. It is set among the fir and cedar trees in Bargain Harbour a stones throw from the ocean. The deck is over 2000 sq. ft. and set up for outdoor living including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen and a dart board for fun. Stay a couple nights or more and enjoy the king bed, mini kitchen and a shower built for 2 with a view to Vancouver Island.
