A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. Crepe Myrtle Place is our traditional family home where we live with our adult daughters. We offer the use of a private bedroom with shared upstairs bathroom. There are safe walking trails throughout the quiet neighborhood. We provide continental breakfast and no cleaning fees. Houston Outlet Mall, restaurants and grocery stores are in the neighborhood. Texas Renaissance Festival is 40 mins away. There is direct access to highways 290 and 99 toll road. Adults only Age 21 up.
