The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Cruck Cottage Shepherds Huts - Woodside Hut

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. Come, stay, relax and enjoy emersing yourself in the dale. We can't wait to welcome you and help you make your stay special.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Accommodating 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, it's an ideal location for families, couples or friends with a south facing patio and log burner for the colder months. Well behaved dogs are welcome too! There's plenty to do, with walking and cycling on the door step and outdoor activities at How Stean Gorge and Studfold Farm. For day trips, Harrogate, York and Leeds are within easy reach as well as The Forbidden Corner, the Lightwater Valley Theme park and Masham with its brewery heritage.

In beautiful Nidderdale, right on the Nidderdale Way and the Way of the Roses, with Brimham Rocks within sight. Ideal as a walking/cycling base, or just for a quiet stay away from it all. With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Waterwheel Cottage

Waterwheel cottage is an old workshop converted to the highest standards, yet retaining some original and interesting features. On a Summer's evening open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sunshine overlooking the pond and in winter light up the stove to create that warm glow. The cottage is situated on a working farm in the area of outstanding natural beauty. You can collect your keys from the key safe and Kim, Janet and Emma are close by should you need anything.

The Cottage in Nidderdale (AONB), Pateley Bridge

This beautiful 200-year-old property has been renovated in 2019 to a very high standard with lovely features. The compact patio leads into a porch with storage space. Entry is into the living/dining room which has a cosy wood-burning stove. The cottage is nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Pateley Bridge with stunning views and walks from the doorstep. Nidderdale is a beautiful dale set just outside the North Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
