West wing of this single level house has its own private entrance sectioned off from the main house. Two private queen bedrooms ideal for two couples. Mini fridge, coffee maker, Kerig pods, and microwave provided. Bathroom is its own room and is not part of the bedrooms providing privacy. After a day of wine tasting, enjoy one of your finds in the front courtyard patio area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and located across the street from an elementary school and a golf course.

My dog Colby, a friendly Australian Shepherd, lives upstairs with me.

In the evening on weekends, lounge out front under the string lights and listen to live music from The Pour House located across the park.

Easy walk down to the bay for walking trails/kayaking/paddleboarding. Just 5 minutes from Montana de Oro state park epic beaches and hiking/biking trails. We are located on the EAST side of Highway One. A five minute walk puts your toes in the sand and renew your spirit! :)) **We do have a cat; Apollo can be curious. Primarily, Apollo lives upstairs with us.
