Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles. A private and self contained guest unit, detached from to the main house with It’s own private entrance. It also has a private undercover area directly under the guest unit. Quite secluded location with elevated 180 degree views. Caravonica is a central location to a number of attractions around the Cairns area. You can walk to Lake Placid or Skyrail and only a short drive to Kuranda Rail at Freshwater. You can drive to Kuranda or Cairns City in twenty minutes.

Our place is close to public transport, the Airport, Botanical Gardens, City, restaurants and cafes.
