Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

Our condo overlooks the seasonally heated pool, and offers a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room to add additional sleeping space.
