Det er 2 matbutikker rett ved. den ene er rett rundt hjørnet, ca. 2 min å gå, den andre 5 min. å gå. Der er også et lite senter, med sportsbutikk, treningssenter, cafe og apotek. Stedet har en sovealkove og en ekstra seng, så der er plass til 3 personer, men passer nok best for 2. Der er egen uteplass. Parkeringsplass. Fester/party er ikke lov.

Gran casa unifamiliar en Volda

Velkomen til hjemmet vårt! Boligen ligger i et svært rolig og barnevennlig område. Umiddelbar nærhet til fjord og fjell/turstier, og med ei fantastisk utsikt. Skitrekk en kort kjøretur unna, og om det er godt med snø kan man renne på ski tilbake til huset. Flott beliggenhet til fine dagsturer i området som for eksempel Ålesund, Ulsteinvik, Stryn og Geiranger. Eiendommen har stor hage med trampoline og lekehytte. Mulighet for parkering i dobbel garasje, samt i stor innkjørsel.

Tomannsbolig med høg standard, flott beliggenhet!

I denne tomannsboligen bor du sentralt, men landelig. Det er nært det meste butikk, aktivitespark/sykkelbane, strand, flotte turer i sunnmørsalpane både korte og lange, høgt og lavt. Det er også gangavstand til Ørsta sentrum med resturanter, kjøpesenter osv. Hagen er ikkje så stor, men inneholder bålpanne, koselige hagemøbler og trampoline. Det er en elv like nedenfor som har en fin badeplass. Det er også fine fiskemuligheter både i elv og i sjø.
