Kuća za odmor Mala u Preku na otoku Ugljanu pravo je mjesto za bijeg od gradske gužve i užurbanosti. Tu se zaboravljaju problemi, duboko diše, čisto misli i odmara. Kuća je spoj starog i novog, staru smo kuću preuredili, ali ostao je trag prošlosti. Ima dvije terase, koje se koriste kako sunce obasjava dvorište. Jutarnja, zapadna je ona na kojoj se pije kava, a popodnevna sjeverna je za objedovanje. Navečer se možete opustiti uz čašu dobrog vina ili koktela na jednoj od njih.

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.

Lela Apartments

Apartment is brand new and its located in Kožino 30 meters from the sea(by foot) on the second floor. It has stunning view that you can enjoy while you are surrounded with peace. You have market 150 meters and restaurant 100 meters from apartment. The place is near Zadar (6 min drive, or cca 6km) so you can be there quickly. Its a perfect place for vacation!
