If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

This private space centrally located with an easy 2 miles to Dock Square- KPT, local beaches and Main St. Bring your kayak, canoe or paddle board and put them into the Kennebunk River 100 yards behind the house. You can paddle all the way to the ocean. Easy drive to Old Orchard Beach (FUN!) or Portland (YUM!) or stay local for great lobster, amazing ice cream, beaches, shops, hiking and much more!
