Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.
