Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

Surround yourself with nature in this haven in the woods. 4 BR, 1 & 1/2 baths on over 2 acres in the Maplewood neighborhood (waterfall & nesting bald Eagles). Located lakeside of Taughannock Blvd with lake views. Five (5) miles from downtown Ithaca & Cornell University and Ithaca College. Within walking distance of the Ithaca Yacht Club and Glenwood Pines bar/restaurant. The home is also near Taughannock Falls State Park (just 5 miles north).

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
