Bedroom with a Queen size bed with fan overhead to keep cool at night. Bathroom with spacious shower. Secure off-street parking for one car. NB two sets of stairs down from parking area.

Separate 1 bedroom Cottage, with access to outside patio. Own entrance & remote-controlled shared garage for one car with security system. Fiber internet. There are no pets, swimming pool or stove. Unsuitable for disabled or for small Children. Walking distance (250 m) to Shops, Woolies, Checkers, Dischem, Restaurants, Pub, Petrol station. 20 mins drive to uShaka airport; 10 mins to Durban main beaches; 10 mins to Gateway Mall; 10 mins to Umhlanga Ridge business; 10 mins to Umhlanga Rocks.

Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

The Gatehouse, Durban North

Fully self-contained, safe and private apartment, boasting gorgeous garden and seaviews in Durban North. Light and airy, with French doors opening from the bedroom onto a private patio overlooking a lush valley stretching out to sea. Positioned on a shared property, the unit is ideally situated close to shops & restaurants and 10 mins from Morningside on one side, and Umhlanga on the other. The property has back-up electricity and emergency water supply in the event of area outages.

Jungle Oasis

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

The Studio on Elston

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or a blissful coffee - both of which can be enjoyed with a view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

The Hidden Lookout (Yellow Room)

This modern, creative space is one of two hidden gems in the leafy suburb of Westville (also see “the Green Room” in the Hidden Lookout). Up high in the trees, our space is a tranquil, beautiful, simple space perfect for a break from the city, but close enough to everything to still have fun! If you are coming for business we have fast and dependable WiFi. We also have a GENERATOR for load shedding if necessary.

Kemp’s Corner - with Power Supply

Come and stay at our warm and welcoming Kemp’s Corner. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.

The Weaver's Nest

Find sanctuary in this modern, stylish apartment that is centrally-located in Westville. Tucked away on a small hill without any neighbours in sight, the Weaver's Nest offers a peaceful getaway that is just a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The apartment is tucked away at the top of the property, far enough away to ensure your privacy, but close enough for us to assist if you need.
