The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Come stay at this cozy modern cabin in the Eastman community on a private 4-acre lot overlooking a heavily wooded forest. Large windows facing the woods let in a ton of light and make you feel like you’re in the treetops. The house is perfect for a small family getaway or a couples retreat. Go for a dip in Eastman Lake down the road or explore hiking and biking trails which are plentiful and nearby. Please note, 4-wheel-drive may be necessary in certain weather conditions.

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip.
