The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.
