Be it photos of African Safari, the farmhouse glasses, or modern wooden features, this guesthouse gives you the comfort of modern living with the feel of barn comfort. As our guest, feel free to pick fresh vegetables from the garden, enjoy a bonfire under the lights, and lounge in one of adirondack chairs on the deck. We also provide you with a private parking space in the back alleyway. East Nashville is a laid-back, artsy section of Music City. This historic district is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, boutique shopping, and craft beer. Head across the river to experience all the nearby downtown attractions. Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Fully Equipped Downtown Condo - Walk to Broadway.

Take a morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise from the riverfront park and pedestrian bridge. Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features two memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled LIVE music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options !

Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, boutiques, bars, and coffee houses. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 min away. Street parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

The Gwyneth: for design lovers, visiting Nashville

A bright and open luxury artisan guest space. Custom-built and complete with a full kitchen, loft bedroom, work space, fireplace, bespoke wallpaper and local art throughout. As natural light pours through tall windows and skylights, the Gwyneth is the perfect space for an intimate Nashville getaway with a girlfriend or partner, or an inspirational solo retreat. For both safety and cleanliness reasons, the space is not considered suitable for pets or children.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bungalow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, Five Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
