Our house is right in the center of the city; It is within a walking distance to Karaalioğlu park, the sea, beaches, historical places and old town Kaleici. It is very close to restaurants, pubs, market & bazaar. You can walk to the nostalgic tram and bus station in 3 min and you can easily go all over the city. It is ideally located for those who love city life and is in a safe street where the families live. We wish you to feel at home and to collect good memories during your trip and stay.

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 1 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
