It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Carnegie’s location is a dream come true, both I-79 and I-376 run through our town. Carnegie is conveniently located 10min to downtown, pnc park, acrisure stadium, ppg paints arena, 25min to the pavilion at starlake & 20min to the airport. The apartment is loaded with comfy furnishings, kitchen basics, keurig, private parking, smart lock, wifi and streaming services. We have ring cameras on the front porch and facing the parking lot off the back deck.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Relax at Yellow Mellow, a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Pittsburgh (18 miles), Cranberry (12 miles), Sewickley (5 miles) and I-79. This older home has charm and character. Three bedrooms and two baths provide space to spread out. Dining room with seating allows for family meals with fully equipped kitchen. Rest and recharge from the porch swing, or relax in the fenced in yard with fire pit and covered patio.
