Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Maison Roannay is gelegen aan Le Roannay, een zijriviertje van de Amblève. De villa is met veel respect voor de omgeving gebouwd en biedt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers zorgen voor het nodige comfort. De living met open keuken, openhaard en grote zithoek is een sfeervolle plek om te vertoeven. In de goed uitgeruste keuken kan je van elke maaltijd een feest maken. Een aparte speel-en TV-kamer geeft plaats aan de kinderen om te relaxen na een actieve dag.

Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Ancienne maison de ferme charmante au calme avec la vue sur la vallée de Bellevaux. Maison située idéalement proche du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps et du plateau des Hautes Fagnes en pleine nature. De nombreuses marche démarre à 200 mètres de la maison.Votre logementpeut accueillir 7 personnes adultes partagées dans 3 grandes chambres composées de 3 lit double pouvant être séparé en 2. La première chambre dispose égalent d'un lit en hauteur. Une salle de bain, 2 wc indépendant.

Die Preise beziehen sich auf eine Belegung mit 6 Personen (Mindestberechnung). Am Sonntag ist eine späte Abreise bis 22.00 Uhr bereits im Preis enthalten. Jede weitere Person wird mit € 26,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.

Completamente renovado y en un entorno verde, le brindará todo el confort necesario para una estancia tranquila. El centro de Tilff, situado a 400 metros, ofrece tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes. Grandes supermercados están disponibles cerca. Numerosos bosques y caminos a lo largo del río también te permitirán realizar hermosos paseos a pie o en bicicleta.
