Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. Very much like a high end condo with artwork and some antiques.

Our guesthouse is located behind our house on a beautiful Mobile street with a live oak canopy and Spanish moss accents. The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the private outdoor patio. Come and go as you please via a private doorway onto patio.

The Historic Cottage at Marine

The Historic Cottage at Marine is one of the oldest houses in the Oakleigh Garden District, built in 1860. Enjoy coffee or a cocktail in the private courtyard in the back or on the front porch. There is an Irish pub across the street that serves delicious hamburgers. The Downtown Entertainment District is only a few blocks away. The house is one block from the parade route during Mardi Gras.
