Our townhome combines modern elegance with the comforts of home. Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious combined kitchen/living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a private two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Arches Retreat: Best Location! No stairs! Pool

Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras.

Located minutes south of downtown Moab, E Rock's Casita is a single family, private home that offers 3 bedrooms and recently updated 2 bathrooms. The Casita has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, couches to hang on, TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating on our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Overflow parking for trailers is across the street. Well behaved dogs ok!

We have added some personal original touches to this unit, so it does feel like a home away from home. Our 3 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo has easy access to your toys, to the condo and the pool and hot tub located directly behind our building. The master suite has a king size bed with flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a FULL size double queen bunk! 3rd bedroom is a single queen bed and there is also a queen fold out with memory foam mattress. Our unit sleeps 10 people total.
