Includes two (2) parking spots and security for home games. Approximately 0.5 mi. to campus on foot (but about 50-100 steps to Buffalo Wild Wings or Chick-fil-A)!

Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! We are just 13 miles from Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, MS and 15 miles from The W in Columbus, MS. The country setting makes you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. Relax on the front porch or under the gazebo.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Sweet Pea Cottage is part of the <b>Sanders Cottage Collection</b> — 10 cottages on the same 19 acres where our family ran Sanders Cattle Company for over 40 years. A well-appointed king suite with newer furnishings, a full kitchen, and a sofa bed when you need the extra sleep setup.
