Situated at the foot of North Hill in a no-through lane on the edge of Exmoor yet within a pleasant 1.5-mile walk of Minehead with its pubs, restaurants, steam railway, and sandy beach. The lane leads to a footpath that meanders up North Hill to meet the South-West coastal path. Quiet with fabulous views and a large garden. Ideal for families and walkers alike!

Barn Conversion in Exmoor National Park

Welcome to The Barn - a stunning conversion of our historic dairy barn. Featuring vaulted ceilings and built from Exmoor stone, it has plenty of character, whilst still having all the amenities required for your time away. Tucked away in the centre of the village of Timberscombe, The Barn is an ideal location to explore Exmoor National Park. We are happy to accept one well trained, medium sized (e.g. labrador) dog, but please keep them off the furniture and do not leave them unattended.

Porthole Log Cabin, Somerset Sea View

Relax in this unique log cabin, with off road parking and all the facilities to make your stay a delight. Amongst the trees, the cabin is in earshot of the seashore with views from inside and outside of the ever-changing tides and hills beyond. Porthole Log Cabin has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, complete with a roll top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Outside, the large elevated decking area has three separate seating areas to enjoy the ambience of the peaceful setting.

A detached cottage set in four acres enjoying a secluded position on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

Dunkery is situated on the fringe of Exmoor National Park in a quiet and elevated location within Minehead. Dunkery is a family and dog friendly three bedroom, self-catered holiday bungalow with north facing views across North Hill. The property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for walkers, romantic escapes and family breaks. Boatman's Cottage is a delightful stylish cottage tucked away in the centre of the wonderful Exmoor village of Porlock. Believed to date back to the 1890s, this cottage is part of a small terrace originally built for boatbuilders and their families. The cottage row is described in the Historic Exmoor record as 'having a pleasing sense of seclusion' and it certainly does, yet a short walk along the mediaeval Drang and you are in the heart of the wonderful Porlock Village.
