Recently remodeled, it has a great open layout on the main level. Out back a fenced-in patio provides a great area for grilling and outdoor meals. All bedrooms are upstairs and have a smart TV. The master has it's own balcony - perfect for watching the ocean over morning coffee. We have fallen in love with Mexico Beach and you will too!

Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
