This property is accommodated for families looking to vacation with peace of mind, the facilities are perfectly arranged so that you and your family feel at home. It has 3 rooms equipped for adults and children, the patio area is the perfect place to spend time with your family either in the pool or enjoying a barbecue on the grill.( POOL IS NOT HEATED) -No parties allowed in the house. No smoke. Do not park blocking the sidewalk, no park on the grass, nor in front of the neighbors' house.

Nos enorgullece nuestra pronta capacidad de respuesta y estamos dedicados a hacer que su estancia sea lo más placentera posible. Enero de 2024: sofás de cuero mejorados en el desván, espejo de vestir colocado entre el dormitorio de arriba Aug de 2023: Televisores mejorados en la habitación compartida (55 pulgadas) y en el altillo (65 pulgadas), mesa de comedor más grande, nevera y lavadora y secadora nuevas. Lamentablemente, no permitimos fiestas, fumar ni mascotas en las instalaciones.

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

A full cottage for 4! The perfect place. Located just 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. Shopping and Restaurants are less than 5 minutes from the cottages. All new furnishings, fresh linens, fresh paint! Privately owned. This cottage is our favorite!!! We also just updated the A/C. Check our unit. We also have three other cottages on property, the Bitty Belle, Bitty Bliss, and the Bitty Blossom. All cottages are within 70 yards of each other
