Dotato di tutti i confort e di nuova costruzione.Sotto casa c'è la fermata del bus e a 5 minuti la stazione dei treni. Il parcheggio è libero in strada. A pochi passi ci sono bar , alimentari,ristoranti ,pub insomma tutto il necessario.
