Located on a quiet street in the historic district of "Muletown," our 2 br/2 bath home is fully outfitted for staying in and relaxing, while its central location is ideal for exploring the many locally owned shops, boutiques and antebellum homes in the area, as well as the bucolic farmland and rolling hills of Maury County.

We have two cottages for rent (other is Magnolia Cottage). The Duplex is situated approximately two miles from downtown Columbia. Rent one side or rent both (Ms Ruby's Cottage)! Large spacious yard and home for you to relax and enjoy. We are about 30 minutes from Franklin, 45 minutes to Nashville.

Dairy Barn circa 1950 nestled next to a pond on 680-acre Pleasant Valley Farm. The "Dairy Barn" was fully functioning until the 1980s. Although completely renovated, the original ceramic tiles remain in what was the milking bay, now a cozy den. The aged metal that was once the roof, now adorns a kitchen wall, island & cabinets throughout. Less than 1 hour from Nashville. Perfect for travel nurses & other medical professionals. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
